The IWC Pilot's Watch Chronograph, reference IW370603, is one of the most enduring and celebrated pilot's watches of the modern era, a timepiece that defined the genre during its production run from 1994 to 2005 and has been coveted by collectors ever since. This certified pre-owned example from 2004 is offered in fair condition and comes with its original papers.
Crafted in stainless steel, the IW370603 presents the Pilot's Chronograph in a purposeful 39mm round case measuring 14.6mm in height, with a robust crown at 3 o'clock and the clean, functional aesthetic that IWC's pilot collection has always excelled at. Sized for a different era, and all the more characterful for it.
The matte black dial is a masterclass in aviation instrument design, with large luminescent Arabic numerals, chronograph subdials for hours and minutes, a small seconds counter, and a combined day and date display, all arranged with the legibility-first philosophy that defines the best pilot's watches ever made. No distractions, no compromises, just pure function delivered with IWC's characteristic precision.
Powering the watch is the IWC Calibre 7922, a reliable automatic chronograph movement based on the proven Valjoux 7750 platform, offering solid everyday performance and the robustness expected from a genuine tool watch.
