Return and Refund Policy

At Minty Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure transparency and professionalism, we have established a clear return policy, applicable to all sales made online or in person.

1. Return Period

Customers who viewed the watch in person at our office prior to purchase are not eligible to return the watch. Customers to whom the watch was shipped without prior in-person inspection have 5 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Conditions of Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the watch must:

  • Not have been worn,
  • Be returned in its original condition, without alteration or damage,
  • Be accompanied by all accessories, documents, certificates, and packaging provided at the time of sale.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Exclusions

The following products are neither returnable nor refundable:

  • Customized watches or watches ordered specifically through a particular sourcing process,
  • Watches purchased on consignment,
  • Watches that were subject to a trade discount or promotion.

4. Return Procedure

All return requests must be made:

  • By email to info@mintywatches.ch, or
  • By phone at +41 79 721 84 77,
  • within 5 days of receiving the watch.

The return can only be initiated by the customer named on the purchase invoice.

Return costs and procedures will be discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.

No return can be made without prior written confirmation from us.

5. Inspection and Quality Control

Once the watch is returned, a strict quality control check will be carried out:

  • Checking the cosmetic condition,
  • Checking the functionality,
  • Checking the accessories and documents.

If any difference is found between the condition upon delivery and the condition upon return, a refurbishment fee may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.

6. Refund Procedure

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

It will be processed within 5 business days after the return has been validated by our team.

The initial delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

This return policy is separate from the functional warranty offered on each watch and described in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). The warranty covers only mechanical or technical defects in accordance with our commercial commitments.
