At Minty Watches, we pride ourselves on ensuring fast, secure, and transparent shipping of every watch. Below you will find the conditions applied to our shipments, both within Switzerland and internationally.

Delivery Areas

Deliveries are guaranteed within Switzerland and in Europe via our logistics partners.

Processing Times

All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation and any necessary administrative checks.

Order cut-off: 3PM.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Europe: 1 to 5 business days (depending on the destination country)

These times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at the time of ordering, in agreement with the customer. These include:

  • Shipping costs: Full insurance for the watch shipped (usually: CHF 49 for Switzerland and CHF 149 for Europe).
  • Carriers used: We use reliable and reputable carriers like DHL & FedEx. These partners ensure fast, trackable, and secure service.
  • Order tracking: Each package is shipped with a tracking number, which is sent to the customer as soon as the watch is shipped. You can then track your order in real time.
  • Insurance and security: All our shipments are fully insured for the value of the watch, shipped in discreet and secure packaging, required signature upon delivery to guarantee proper receipt.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Minty Watches cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Delays related to customs or local authorities

In-person collection:

  • In-person collection is possible in Geneva, by appointment only, Monday to Saturday.

Taxes and customs duties

All watches sold in Switzerland include Swiss VAT.

For customers residing outside Switzerland, any customs duties, local VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A tax refund service is offered through our partner Global Blue or via export procedures.
