Are the watches you sell authentic?
Every watch is examined by our qualified watchmakers before sale. We verify movement, case, dial and all components, and provide a certificate of authenticity along with original papers when available.
What happens if my watch stops working after purchase?
All Minty watches come with a one-year warranty covering mechanical issues not caused by wear or misuse. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we handle the repair at no cost.
I'm not in Geneva. How does delivery work?
Insured, discreet, fully tracked delivery anywhere in Switzerland and abroad through trusted partners. Packaging gives no indication of the contents.
Can I find a watch you don't have in stock?
Yes. Our sourcing service taps a private network of clients and dealers across Europe, the Gulf and Asia. Send us the reference and conditions you're after. More on sourcing.
How do I book an appointment at the showroom?
Call, WhatsApp or email and we set a time that suits you, Monday to Saturday. We don't keep stock on site, so each meeting is prepared around the watches you want to see.
