The Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 126720VTNR, nicknamed “Sprite,” is one of the most daring and innovative watches in Rolex’s professional range. It marked a turning point in the manufacture’s history with its crown positioned on the left (left for right-handed wearers), a first for a production Rolex. This unusual configuration, combined with a black and green Cerachrom ceramic bezel, offers a look that is modern, rare, and instantly recognizable.
The 40 mm Oyster case in Oystersteel, water-resistant to 100 meters, is paired with a five-link Jubilee bracelet, which adds a touch of refinement while ensuring exceptional comfort. The minimalist and legible black lacquered dial features Chromalight hour markers and a green GMT hand, allowing for easy reading of a second time zone on the 24-hour scale of the bidirectional rotating bezel.
The watch is powered by the Rolex calibre 3285, a chronometer-certified (COSC) automatic movement with a Chronergy escapement, a 70-hour power reserve, and exceptional robustness.
