Crafted in stainless steel, the 5817ST presents the Marine collection in a beautifully refined 39mm round case measuring just 11.9mm in height, with a fluted case edge, a screw-down crown, and a sapphire crystal caseback revealing the exquisitely finished movement within. Elegant, purposeful, and immediately recognisable as a Breguet from every angle.
The hand-guilloché silver dial is a work of art in itself, with its engine-turned centre creating a pattern of extraordinary depth and texture, framed by applied blued steel Roman numeral hour markers and the signature Breguet "full apple" hands in 18k gold. The grande date display at 6 o'clock, showing the date through two adjacent apertures in a generously proportioned format, adds both practicality and visual drama in equal measure.
Powering the watch is the Breguet Calibre 517GG, a fully in-house automatic movement with a flat silicon spiral escapement, 285 components, 35 jewels, and an exceptional 65-hour power reserve. A movement that combines Breguet's centuries-old horological heritage with the precision materials of modern manufacture watchmaking.
The watch is fitted with the signature Breguet stainless steel link bracelet with folding clasp.
