With its rectangular 18 ct white gold case and visible manual movement, this timepiece stands apart in the Rolex universe—far removed from iconic sports models—and echoes the Art Deco elegance of the early 20th century.
Its 47 x 28 mm fluted rectangular case, fully polished, houses a silver and black dial divided into two sections: the hour display at the top and the small seconds at the bottom, for a clean and graphic readability. The design is both retro and modern, evoking the vintage Rolex Prince models of the 1930s, while incorporating the contemporary expertise of the manufacture.
At the heart of this timepiece beats the Rolex Manufacture Calibre 7040, a mechanical, hand-wound movement visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case back—a rarity for Rolex. This movement offers exceptional precision and finishing, in keeping with the finest traditions of the Cellini collection.
