The Breguet Type XXI ref. 3817ST/X2/3ZU perfectly embodies Breguet's aeronautical heritage while offering a touch of modernity and rare technical sophistication. This 2019 flyback chronograph, delivered as a full set and in excellent condition, is currently available in Geneva.
Featuring a 42mm stainless steel case, this watch draws inspiration from the design codes of French military aviation chronographs of the 1950s, while adapting them to contemporary requirements. The satin-finished case, equipped with a bidirectional rotating bezel, offers a sporty yet elegant presence on the wrist.
Its slightly domed slate-grey dial is remarkably legible thanks to its luminescent Arabic numerals, symmetrical subdials, and a central hand for the flyback chronograph function. The date is discreetly positioned at 6 o'clock, and a 24-hour indicator at 3 o'clock completes the useful complications.
Inside, the Breguet caliber 584Q/2, a flyback automatic mechanical movement, ensures precise and smooth operation. Visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case back, it reveals a high-end finish and a meticulously decorated oscillating weight.
It is fitted with its original brown leather strap and Breguet folding clasp.
