This certified pre-owned example from 2017 is offered in excellent condition and comes with its full original set, including box, papers, and all original accessories.
Crafted in stainless steel, the IW500916 presents the Big Pilot's Watch in its full 46mm glory, with entirely brushed sides and lugs, a polished fixed bezel, and a screw-down crown that reinforces the watch's unmistakable aviation instrument character. Big, purposeful, and utterly commanding on the wrist.
The midnight blue sunray-brushed dial is what sets this edition apart, giving the Big Pilot a more refined and luminous personality than its black-dialled sibling, without sacrificing a single degree of legibility. Large Arabic numerals, luminescent hands, a date display at 6 o'clock, and a power reserve indicator complete a dial that is as functional as it is beautiful. The caseback carries an engraving of the Little Prince himself, a detail that rewards those who think to look.
Powering the watch is the IWC Calibre 51111, an in-house automatic movement with Pellaton winding system and a remarkable 7-day power reserve. A week of autonomy, built in Schaffhausen, and worth every second of it.
