This IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Top Gun, reference IW388001, is a bold and functional timepiece designed for precision and endurance. As part of the prestigious Top Gun line, it brings together IWC’s aviation heritage and cutting-edge materials. This certified pre-owned example is from 2013, comes fully serviced by Bucherer in July 2025, and is delivered with its original box and papers.
The 46mm case is crafted from matte black ceramic, making it lightweight, scratch-resistant, and visually striking. The case is paired with a titanium case back and crown, staying true to the military-grade specifications that define the Top Gun series.
The black dial is highly legible, with bold white Arabic numerals, red accents, and luminous hands and indices for optimal visibility in all conditions. The chronograph layout includes a day and date display at 3 o’clock and sub-dials for hours, minutes, and small seconds. The sapphire crystal, while showing light surface scratches, remains fully functional and clear.
Inside ticks the IWC Calibre 89365, an in-house automatic chronograph movement with flyback function, 68-hour power reserve, and excellent shock resistance.
The watch is mounted on a black textile strap with a soft leather lining and IWC pin buckle, offering both comfort and durability.
