Powering the watch is the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 876-440B, a hand-wound movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 37 jewels and twin mainspring barrels delivering an extraordinary eight-day power reserve, mechanically programmed to require no calendar correction until the year 2100. The beautifully finished movement, with its Côtes de Genève and circular graining, is fully visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
