The Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Co-Axial Chronograph, reference 311.30.44.51.01.002, represents a modern and technically advanced evolution of the legendary Speedmaster lineage. While deeply rooted in Omega’s space exploration heritage, this model introduces contemporary in-house chronograph technology, making it a highly desirable certified pre-owned luxury watch. This example is presented in very good condition and is offered as a full set with original box and papers.
The watch features a 44.25 mm stainless steel case, delivering a strong yet well-balanced wrist presence. The iconic black dial retains the unmistakable Speedmaster aesthetic, with recessed chronograph sub-dials arranged in a bi-compax layout for enhanced readability. Applied hour markers and luminous hands ensure excellent legibility, while the black ceramic tachymeter bezel adds durability and a modern touch to the classic design.
Powering the watch is the Omega Co-Axial Calibre 9300, an automatic in-house chronograph movement equipped with a column wheel and vertical clutch. COSC-certified, this calibre offers outstanding chronometric performance, improved long-term reliability thanks to the Co-Axial escapement, and a robust 60-hour power reserve. The transparent sapphire case back allows a clear view of the movement’s refined finishing.
The watch is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet, providing comfort, durability, and a cohesive aesthetic. Sapphire crystal protects the dial, ensuring excellent scratch resistance and long-term clarity.
