The watch features a 44 mm stainless steel case designed in the iconic Luminor 1950 profile, complete with the signature crown-protecting bridge. The robust construction and bold proportions reflect Panerai’s maritime heritage. The black dial is purpose-built for regatta timing, featuring luminous Arabic numerals and markers, chronograph counters, and a rattrapante (split-seconds) function that allows the measurement of intermediate times—an essential feature for yacht racing. Powering the watch is the Panerai calibre OP XVIII automatic movement, based on a high-grade Swiss chronograph architecture with split-seconds functionality.
