This Zenith Chronomaster Revival Airweight Cover Girl 03.A3818.400/51.M3818 is a distinctive certified pre-owned luxury watch whose heritage and rarity set it apart in the world of high-end chronographs. Inspired by one of Zenith’s most sought-after vintage references, the original “Cover Girl” El Primero from 1971, this modern Chronomaster Revival Airweight interpretation combines classic design cues with lightweight materials and contemporary performance.
The 37 mm grade 5 titanium case and ladder-style titanium bracelet define the Airweight’s striking yet comfortable presence on the wrist, utilising one of the lightest structural metals in luxury watchmaking. With its vertically brushed blue dial, distinctive “shark tooth” minute track, and integrated tachymeter scale, the watch maintains the aesthetic heritage of the original Cover Girl while delivering modern visual impact and legibility.
Powering this limited edition is Zenith’s legendary El Primero 400 automatic chronograph movement, operating at a high frequency of 5 Hz (36 000 VpH) with approximately 50 hours of power reserve. This calibre provides precise timekeeping alongside chronograph functions, including a central seconds hand, 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and a date display.
Produced in a highly restricted run (historically quick to sell upon release), the Airweight Cover Girl carries special appeal for collectors seeking an extraordinary fusion of vintage inspiration and modern horological execution. The watch offered here is in good pre-owned condition, with visible scratches on the sapphire crystal, while the rest of the case and bracelet present typical wear consistent with use.
