This example is offered in unworn condition, with original box and papers, noting that the bracelet shows a few light surface marks, consistent with handling.
Crafted in a 45 mm micro-blasted titanium case, this DEFY Extreme Glacier is inspired by the raw power and purity of glacial landscapes. The angular architecture and robust construction give the watch a strong, contemporary presence while remaining lightweight and highly resistant to impact. The glacier-inspired aesthetic is reinforced by cool-toned accents and a highly technical finish throughout the case and bezel.
The openworked skeleton dial offers a dramatic view into the movement, with bold hands and applied markers filled with luminescent material to ensure excellent legibility in all conditions. Blue and icy-white details echo the Glacier theme, creating a striking contrast against the dark mechanical background. The dial layout highlights the chronograph’s extreme precision, including a central chronograph hand capable of measuring 1/100th of a second.
Powering the watch is the exceptional Zenith El Primero Calibre 9004, an automatic high-frequency chronograph movement featuring two independent escapements — one dedicated to timekeeping and one to the chronograph. Operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz), this calibre enables ultra-precise measurement while offering a power reserve of approximately 50 hours for standard timekeeping. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back.
The watch is delivered with a titanium bracelet (with minor surface marks) and is typically accompanied by additional interchangeable straps, allowing versatility between technical sport wear and everyday use.
