Inspired by classic aviation instruments, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XVI ref. IW325403 is a refined, functional timepiece that embodies the German watchmaking tradition. Elegantly minimalist, it carries on the legacy of the renowned Mark XI, originally produced for the British Royal Air Force in the 1940s.
Featuring a 39 mm stainless steel case, the watch boasts an ultra-legible matte black dial with white Arabic numerals, luminescent hands, and a date window at 3 o’clock. The entire watch is protected by a domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal that is also pressure-resistant, a detail that underscores the model’s professional purpose.
Inside, it houses an IWC automatic movement based on the ETA 2892-A2, meticulously adjusted to meet the manufacture’s exacting standards of reliability. The watch offers a 42-hour power reserve and a solid case back engraved with the IWC aircraft logo, reinforcing its aeronautical identity.
