A bold nod to its heritage, the OMEGA Speedmaster ’57, reference 331.12.42.51.01.001, channels the spirit of the original 1957 Speedmaster with modern innovation and Master Chronometer performance. This certified pre-owned model from 2023 is offered in very good condition and comes as a full set, including original box, papers, and accessories.
The 40.5 mm stainless steel case is elegantly slim and perfectly proportioned for everyday wear. Featuring straight lugs, a brushed bezel with engraved tachymeter scale, and a domed sapphire crystal, it’s a modern interpretation of the very first Speedmaster, designed for race timing and iconic style.
Its black sandwich dial is rich in texture and detail, with recessed vintage Super-LumiNova® hour markers and two symmetrical sub-dials for small seconds and a 12-hour chronograph counter. A date window at 6 o’clock adds useful functionality without disrupting the dial’s balanced design.
Powering this timepiece is the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 9906, a hand-wound movement certified by METAS for superior accuracy, anti-magnetism up to 15,000 gauss, and a 60-hour power reserve. The movement is visible through the sapphire caseback, showcasing Geneva waves in arabesque finishing.
The watch is paired with a vintage-style brown leather strap and polished steel pin buckle, enhancing its classic racing chronograph look.
