Iconic, architectural, and effortlessly refined, the Cartier Santos Medium, reference WSSA0061, is a bold interpretation of one of Cartier’s most historic watch designs. This certified pre-owned 2024 example is in unworn condition, comes with its original box, and is fitted with a striking green alligator leather strap and Cartier steel buckle. The watch is backed by a valid Cartier international warranty until 2032.

Crafted in brushed and polished stainless steel, the 35.1 mm x 41.9 mm case features the instantly recognizable square silhouette with exposed screws on the bezel — a signature of the Santos line since 1904. This modern version retains all the classic design codes while introducing subtle refinements for a more contemporary fit.

The silvered opaline dial is adorned with bold Roman numeral hour markers, blued steel sword-shaped hands, and a discreet date window at 6 o’clock. Protected by a sapphire crystal, the dial is a timeless blend of elegance and functionality.

Powered by the automatic Cartier Calibre 1847 MC, the watch delivers reliable performance with anti-magnetic protection and a power reserve of approximately 42 hours.

The standout feature of this piece is the green alligator leather strap, a vibrant and luxurious option that gives the watch a unique character. It is equipped with Cartier’s QuickSwitch system, allowing the strap to be easily swapped without tools.
