The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time, reference 47450/B01A-9226, is a sophisticated and deeply functional travel watch that brings the elegance and heritage of one of Geneva's oldest manufactures to the demands of the modern globetrotter, with a complication suite that is as beautifully executed as it is genuinely useful. Crafted in stainless steel, the 47450/B01A-9226 presents the Overseas in a commanding 42mm round case measuring 12.45mm in height, with the Overseas collection's signature Maltese cross-inspired bezel and a robust water resistance of 150 metres that makes this as capable in the field as it is elegant in any boardroom. A sports watch that carries the weight of fine watchmaking without ever letting you forget it.
The white dial is immediately striking in its asymmetric layout, with the dual time zone display featuring an additional 12-hour hand for the second time zone, a day/night indicator, date display, and a power reserve indicator all arranged with the considered elegance that Vacheron Constantin brings to every dial it produces. Complex, readable, and beautifully balanced, this is a dial that tells you everything you need and nothing you do not.
Powering the watch is the Vacheron Constantin Calibre 1222 SC, a high-quality automatic movement with column wheel construction, a crown position indicator, and all the complications displayed on the dial. A movement of exceptional mechanical accomplishment from one of Switzerland's most storied manufactures, founded in 1755 and never once ceased production.
The watch is fitted with a stainless steel integrated bracelet with Vacheron Constantin folding clasp, completing a cohesive and refined package from case to clasp.
