Submariner "Kermit"

The Rolex Submariner Date "Kermit", reference 16610LV, is one of the most beloved and historically significant Submariner references ever produced, introduced in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the collection and instantly recognisable by its distinctive green anodised aluminium bezel insert. Crafted entirely in stainless steel, the 16610LV features a robust 40mm Oyster case water resistant to 300 metres, paired with the iconic green unidirectional rotating bezel that earned this reference its legendary nickname among collectors worldwide. The Mark 6 is the final and most refined iteration of the 16610LV, produced between 2005 and 2010 before the reference was discontinued, making a 2009 example one of the last ever produced and particularly desirable among serious collectors.

The gloss black dial is clean and deeply legible, with luminescent Mercedes hands and stick hour markers, a date display at 3 o'clock magnified by Rolex's signature Cyclops lens, and the SuperLuminova treatment that defines late-production 16610LV dials.
